RoleWe are looking for an RCI Licensed Therapist / Psychologist with solid counseling experience and knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct individual counseling and therapy sessions with clients.
- Assess clients’ psychological and emotional concerns and develop appropriate intervention plans.
- Conduct and interpret relevant psychological assessments.
- Apply CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) techniques where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and session notes.
- Monitor client progress and modify therapeutic approaches as required.
- Provide ethical, empathetic, and client-centered psychological support.

Requirements




- RCI License/Registration is mandatory.
- 2–3 years of counseling/therapy experience.
- Strong understanding of CBT and ERP.
- Ability to independently conduct psychological assessments.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to client confidentiality.
- Relevant qualification in Clinical Psychology / Psychology from a recognized institution.

Preferred
- Experience in online/teletherapy or digital mental health platforms.
- Experience working with diverse client populations and presenting concerns.
