Role Description This full-time remote Python Trainer role focuses on designing and delivering high-quality Python training programs for a variety of professional audiences.

The Python

Trainer will develop structured curricula, create practical exercises and projects, and lead live virtual sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to build learners’ proficiency in Python and related tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing training materials, updating content based on industry trends and client needs, assessing learner progress through assignments and evaluations, and providing clear, actionable feedback.



The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to tailor training solutions for specific client engagements and contributing to continuous improvement of Accelerate’s technical education offerings.

Qualifications

- Strong Python programming skills, including writing clean, well-structured code and using core libraries and tools.
- Experience with software development fundamentals such as version control (e.g., Git), debugging, and testing practices.
- Proven experience in technical training, teaching, or mentoring, with the ability to explain complex topics in accessible terms.
- Skill in designing training materials, curricula, and hands-on exercises tailored to different skill levels and professional contexts.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including facilitation of interactive remote sessions and responsiveness to learner questions.
- Comfort working in remote, collaborative environments and managing time effectively across multiple training engagements.
- Familiarity with data analysis, scripting for automation, or application development using Python is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience working with corporate clients or in B2B consulting, and an interest in connecting technical skills to business outcomes.
