We are looking for a Purchase Executive to handle day-to-day procurement activities, vendor coordination, and material purchases.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle purchase and procurement activities as per requirements.




- Source and coordinate with vendors for materials and services.
- Obtain and compare quotations and negotiate prices.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up on deliveries.
- Coordinate with Stores, Accounts, Production, and other departments.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor details, and related documentation.
- Resolve issues related to quality, quantity, pricing, and delivery.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
- Graduate/Diploma in any relevant field.
- Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- ERP/SAP/Tally knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
