ROLE SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Purchase qualified with 14+ years of experience.

The candidate will be responsible for strategic sourcing and procurement of laboratory instruments, analytical equipment, chemicals, reagents, reference materials, consumables, spares, AMC/CMC and other technical requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead end-to-end procurement of laboratory instruments, chemicals, consumables and technical services.

- Understand laboratory technical requirements and evaluate specifications, quotations and competing technologies.

- Handle procurement of instruments such as HPLC/UHPLC, GC/GC-MS, LC-MS/MS, ICP-OES/ICP-MS, AAS, UV-Vis, FTIR, Raman, TOC, Karl Fischer, dissolution testers, particle-size analyzers, microbiology equipment,



UTM/material-testing equipment, textile-testing instruments and other specialized analytical systems.

- Negotiate price, delivery, warranty, AMC/CMC, installation, calibration, validation, training and after-sales service.

- Prepare/review CAPEX proposals, ROI, payback, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), asset lifecycle and depreciation considerations for major equipment purchases.

- Manage procurement budgets, inventory levels, critical consumables and purchase MIS.

- Drive cost optimization, procurement efficiency, vendor performance and process controls.
