Job Descriptions

We are looking for a responsible, trustworthy and experienced person to manage the overall day-to-day operations and supervision of our highway property.

Salary: depending on experience and capability

Experience: Preferably 5+ years in property, hotel, restaurant, facility or operations management

Key Responsibilities

Overall day-to-day supervision and management of the entire property.

Maintain discipline and proper functioning of the café, including staff supervision.

Regularly check and manage the rooms and property facilities.

Coordinate with and maintain proper discipline among other tenants operating within the property.

Handle and supervise minor plumbing, electrical, technical and maintenance work.

Coordinate with electricians, plumbers, technicians and other workers whenever required and ensure the work is completed properly.

Keep an eye on cleanliness,



maintenance, safety and general upkeep of the property.

Identify problems and take timely action to get them resolved.

Manage staff and workers firmly but professionally.

Keep the owner updated about important issues, expenses, repairs or operational problems.

Be capable of handling day-to-day situations independently rather than requiring the owner to intervene in every small matter.

The Person We Are Looking For The most significant qualities are trustworthiness, responsibility and maturity.

We need someone who is experienced, disciplined, practical and dependable, and who can take ownership of the property.

This is not just a desk job. The person should be willing to personally inspect the property, identify problems, coordinate with workers and ensure that things are actually completed properly.

We are looking for someone who can treat the entire property as their own responsibility, maintain discipline, and manage the overall operations with minimal supervision from the owner.
