Vantage Steel Structures is looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and manage steel structure and Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects from planning through execution and completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and manage steel structure and PEB projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and site activities.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal engineering teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Identify project risks, resolve execution challenges, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure effective communication and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.





Requirements

- 10+ years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in steel structures, PEB, or industrial construction.
- Robust knowledge of project planning, execution, and resource management.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project activities and meet deadlines.
