About the Role

Pansen Engineering India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Project Manager – Civil to lead and manage civil construction activities for an industrial PMC project in Bhopal. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in industrial construction, project management, contractor management, planning, execution, quality and safety coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Overall management and supervision of civil construction activities at the project site.
- Manage project execution from planning through completion within approved schedule, budget and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with the client, PMC team, consultants, contractors and subcontractors.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, method statements and construction procedures.
- Monitor progress against project schedules and ensure timely completion of activities.
- Supervise RCC, structural, foundation, equipment foundation, flooring, masonry, finishing and other industrial civil works.
- Review and monitor contractor manpower, resources, materials and equipment deployment.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project requirements.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, planning, safety, MEP and other project teams.
- Monitor contractor billing, measurements, BOQ quantities and variation/change orders.
- Identify construction issues, delays and risks and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular progress meetings and prepare project progress reports/MIS.
- Ensure proper documentation, inspection records, approvals and handover documentation.




- Ensure strict compliance with HSE requirements at the project site.
- Coordinate with management and client for project-related decisions and approvals.
- Lead the civil team and effectively manage multiple contractors/subcontractors.

Required Technical Experience

- Minimum 10+ years of overall experience in civil construction/project management.
- Mandatory industrial construction experience in manufacturing plants, factories, process plants, warehouses, infrastructure or similar industrial projects.
- Robust knowledge of RCC, foundations, structural works, industrial flooring, concrete works and finishing activities.
- Experience in PMC/Consultancy project execution will be highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, BOQ, quantity measurement and project documentation.
- Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling and progress monitoring.
- Experience in contractor/subcontractor management and client coordination.
- Knowledge of relevant Indian construction standards, specifications and safety requirements.

Educational Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university/institution.
- Relevant postgraduate/project management qualifications will be an added advantage.
