Role Description The Project Manager role at HPIPL is a full time, on-site position based in Noida.

The Project

Manager oversees end-to-end project execution for parking infrastructure installations, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with internal teams, vendors, and clients. Daily responsibilities include monitoring project progress, managing timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and safety standards, and resolving operational issues. The role involves supervising site activities, conducting inspections,



preparing status reports, and ensuring that all deliverables meet quality and performance expectations.

The Project

Manager also supports continuous improvement by identifying risks, implementing corrective actions, and contributing to best practices across projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including project planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to manage vendor follow-ups, material tracking, and on-time delivery.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify installation quality, safety compliance, and adherence to design specifications.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to oversee movement of materials, equipment, and resources across project sites.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field; experience in infrastructure or industrial projects is preferred.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients on-site.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and basic contract and vendor management practices is beneficial.
