Service offerings include general consultancy, design and detailed engineering, project management, remote engineering, and third-party design and cost review. Z Axis Aggregators also provides retrofit solutions, BMS system audits, training for IBMS skills, and recruitment and placement support, giving team members exposure to a wide spectrum of building technologies and projects.

Role Description The Project Manager ELV is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing ELV and IBMS projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget. Daily responsibilities include managing project schedules, tracking progress, coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams, and supervising installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and public address systems.

The Project

Manager ELV will review designs, monitor quality and compliance with standards, handle documentation and reporting,



and proactively resolve technical and logistical issues. The role also requires guiding project teams, supporting inspections, and contributing to process improvements and best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong project management skills, including Project Management and experience leading ELV/IBMS projects from planning through execution and handover.
- Experience in expediting activities, including Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services.
- Inspection capabilities, with hands-on experience in Inspection of ELV installations, testing, commissioning, and quality assurance.
- Logistics Management skills to coordinate vendors, shipments, site deliveries, and resource allocation for multiple concurrent projects.
- Degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering field, with practical exposure to ELV/BMS systems.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications, and familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and safety practices.
- Effective communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills, with proficiency in MS Office and project tracking tools.
- Proven ability to work on-site, manage cross-functional teams, and handle deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
