About the Role

Phoenix Business Consulting is looking for an experienced and highly capable Project Manager to lead and manage complex projects, ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.

The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of overall project management experience, excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, and a strong ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Candidates with SAP project management experience will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and deliver projects from initiation through successful completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Lead cross-functional teams and ensure effective coordination across project stakeholders.
- Manage project schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery against agreed milestones.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide explicit progress updates to management and stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and develop appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.
- Manage client and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with functional, technical, business, and support teams.
- Ensure project documentation, governance, and reporting are maintained appropriately.
- Track project budgets, resource utilization, and overall project performance.
- Support change management and ensure changes are evaluated and implemented effectively.
- Drive issue resolution and escalate critical concerns to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered according to organizational quality and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Project Management.




- Strong experience in project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Strong skills in risk, issue, scope, schedule, and resource management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management and reporting tools.

Preferred Skills
- SAP project management experience is highly preferred.
- Experience managing SAP implementation, rollout, support, or transformation projects will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of SAP project lifecycle and implementation methodologies.
- Experience working with global clients and distributed teams.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification is an advantage.
