Role Overview:

TAC Infosec Ltd. is looking for an experienced Project Manager – Network & Data Center Infrastructure to manage and coordinate network connectivity and data center infrastructure projects at the DBS Bank office in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in service provider connectivity, internet link setup, backbone network integration, hardware lifecycle/EOS replacement, data center expansion, and co-location service provider coordination. The candidate will work closely with internal teams, service providers, OEMs, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end network and data center infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and scope.
- Coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and telecom/service providers for connectivity provisioning, internet link setup, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Manage the integration of new connectivity links with the organization's backbone network infrastructure.
- Coordinate with OEMs, partners, vendors, and network engineers for replacement and migration of End-of-Support (EOS) / End-of-Life (EOL) hardware.
- Plan and manage hardware replacement activities while minimizing business and network disruption.
- Manage data center infrastructure projects, including:
- Rack additions and installations
- Data center cage expansion
- Network connection extensions
- Equipment deployment and migration
- Connectivity and cabling coordination
- Coordinate closely with co-location service providers for data center activities, access, infrastructure requirements, and implementation schedules.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items.
- Coordinate with network,



infrastructure, security, engineering, vendor, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential delays and ensure timely escalation and resolution.
- Ensure all project activities follow organizational processes, security requirements, and change management procedures.
- Maintain appropriate project documentation, implementation plans, trackers, reports, and closure documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6–8 years of overall experience, with strong experience managing network and data center infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of service provider connectivity and ISP circuits/links.
- Experience with internet link provisioning, setup, migration, and backbone network integration.
- Experience coordinating EOS/EOL network hardware replacement projects.
- Experience working with OEMs, vendors, service providers, and technical engineers.
- Hands-on project management exposure to data center rack additions, cage expansion, network extensions, and infrastructure migration.
- Experience coordinating with co-location/data center service providers.
- Good understanding of network infrastructure concepts such as LAN/WAN, routers, switches, circuits, links, and data center connectivity.
- Robust stakeholder and vendor management capabilities.
- Strong project planning, tracking, risk management, escalation, and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing infrastructure projects within banking, financial services, or large enterprise environments will be preferred.
- Familiarity with structured change management and IT infrastructure processes.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or equivalent project management certifications would be an advantage.
- Candidates who are Mumbai-based and available to join immediately will be preferred.
