Dxbitz is an ERPNext implementation company serving businesses across the UAE and GCC. Our delivery team is based in India. We are an official Frappe Partner with 54+ go-lives in construction, trading, manufacturing, logistics and more.

We are looking for a sharp fresher to work directly with our founder. You will keep projects moving and help build how the company runs. This is not a back-office role. You will own real outcomes from week one.

What you will do

- Be the first point of contact on client WhatsApp groups and our helpdesk. Reply fast, answer what you can, and route the rest to the right person with clear details.
- Make sure project timelines and trackers are kept up to date every week, and flag gaps early.
- Track sprint progress and help find out why work slips.
- Roll out recent internal systems and processes. Set them up, train the team,



test them, and follow up until they stick.
- Record short training videos for clients on ERPNext topics.

Who we are looking for

- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Organised, reliable and quick to follow up
- Comfortable working with data in spreadsheets
- Curious about how businesses run. ERP knowledge is a plus, not a must.
