Role Description The Project & Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and growing the company’s portfolio of experiential and digital communication projects. On a day-to-day basis, the manager will lead project scoping, prepare proposals and presentations, coordinate with creative and technical teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The role includes managing project timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations, as well as tracking performance and reporting key metrics to leadership. The manager will also represent Experiencious in client meetings, industry events,



and networking activities to build long-term partnerships and strengthen the brand’s market presence.

Qualifications

- Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation abilities.
- Project management capabilities, such as planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and risk management.
- Understanding of marketing, branding, and digital communication, with the ability to translate client needs into creative solutions.
- Strong analytical and research skills for market analysis, chance assessment, and performance tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and interpersonal skills for working with clients and internal teams.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional creative and technical teams in an agency, studio, or digital/experiential environment.
- Proficiency with common productivity and collaboration tools; familiarity with CRM and project management software is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; relevant experience in project and business development may substitute.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work to clear deadlines.
- Experience in experiential marketing, digital media, or creative technology solutions is preferred.
