Role Description The Project Architect will lead and coordinate architectural projects from concept through completion in an on-site, full-time role based in Mumbai. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings and construction documents, and overseeing Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows. The role involves managing submittals, collaborating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring that designs meet code, quality, and sustainability standards.

The Project

Architect will participate in client meetings, present design solutions, and support project management activities such as scheduling, budgeting,



and coordination across disciplines. This position requires close collaboration with internal teams to deliver projects that align with Zeon Architects’ design vision and performance goals.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture, including design development, construction documentation, and knowledge of building codes.
- Proficiency in Project Management for architectural projects, including planning, coordination, and tracking milestones.
- Experience with Submittals, including review, coordination, and documentation with contractors and consultants.
- Competence in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows for design, visualization, and documentation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Skilled experience as a Project Architect or similar role, preferably in commercial and residential projects.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in relevant design and documentation software (e.g.AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5 Render and presentation tools).
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of local Planning Regulations.
