We are looking for a passionate and experienced Programme Leader to lead our Teacher Training and Cambridge Professional Development wing.
The role is pivotal to the quality and success of our Cambridge PDQ programmes, including CICTL and CICYEGP. The Programme Leader will be responsible for designing, developing and managing programmes while working closely with mentors, school leadership and Cambridge International.
We’re looking for someone with:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in facilitation, training and academics.
A strong academic background and mentoring skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong planning, organisational and programme-management abilities.
A passion for teaching, learning and upskilling educators.
