Role Description The Production Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based at Fidelis Healthcare’s facility in Faridabad. This role oversees daily production activities, ensuring that health monitoring, hygiene, and rehabilitation products are manufactured according to quality standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities include managing production schedules, assigning tasks to production teams, monitoring workflow, and resolving operational issues to maintain efficiency.

The Production

Supervisor coordinates with planning, quality,



and maintenance teams to meet output targets, optimize resource utilization, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role also includes maintaining documentation, training team members, and promoting a safe, compliant, and orderly work setting.

Qualifications

- Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and workforce coordination.
- Experience with production management and production planning, ensuring alignment of resources with output targets.
- Ability to develop and manage production schedules, track progress, and adjust plans to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing clear instructions on the shop floor.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, preferably in medical devices or healthcare-related products.
- Understanding of quality control, safety standards, and regulatory compliance in a production environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with production reporting tools or ERP systems.
- Diploma or degree in engineering, production management, or a related field, with prior experience in a supervisory production role.
