Role Description The Production Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Kollam. This role is responsible for coordinating daily production activities, including planning workloads, allocating resources, and monitoring production lines to meet output targets.

Specialist oversees quality checks, ensures adherence to safety standards, and works closely with supervisors and operators to resolve process issues. The role involves maintaining production records, tracking performance metrics, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management to organize workflows and meet production targets.
- Candidates should possess solid Quality Control skills to ensure products meet established standards and specifications.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with team members, supervisors, and cross-functional departments.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to support onboarding, skill development, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Candidates should have experience in textile or manufacturing environments, with knowledge of spinning, dyeing, or similar processes considered an advantage.
- Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and familiarity with basic production metrics and reporting tools.
- A diploma or degree in Engineering, Textile Technology, Production Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Kollam, follow safety protocols, and adapt to shift-based operations as required.
