Role: Product Operations Intern – Events & Masterclasses

What You’ll Do

- Coordinate day‑to‑day operations for events & masterclasses
- Manage content updates, evaluation forms, and user feedback
- Track invoices, deliverables, and timelines with multiple teams
- Conduct basic QC checks to ensure accuracy before publishing
- Escalate critical issues for timely resolution

What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication & coordination skills
- Attention to detail with follow‑up discipline
- Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Proactive, problem‑solving mindset
- Interest in product operations, CMS, and event tech
