Our product portfolio includes RF Components, Electro-Mechanical Components, Passive Components, Power Modules, Interconnect Components, Wireless Products, Clocking & Timing Solutions and Embedded Solutions.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive product promotion, business development, OEM relationships and revenue growth for Clocking & Timing Solutions / Embedded Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and key customers.
- Drive product-line targets and GP$ achievement.
- Work closely with FAE and Sales teams for product promotion and business development.
- Act as an interface between OEMs, customers, Sales and Technical teams.
- Mentor and support FAEs on Products and Market Promotion.
- Generate new business opportunities across current products and market segments.
- Drive major quotations, tenders and PO conversions.




- Work with OEMs on pricing, margins, inventory, forecasts and commercial negotiations.
- Identify transfer business opportunities from competitors and EMS/TAM-to-DTM conversions.
- Develop opportunities for complementary and supplementary product lines.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Warehouse and Finance teams.
- Support supplier forecasting and inventory planning.
- Travel 40–60% as required.

Key Skills

- 5–10 years of experience in Product Marketing / Product Management / Business Development.
- Proven experience handling large OEM accounts.
- Strong understanding of Clocking & Timing / Embedded Solutions is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently manage customer/OEM relationships and b
- usiness opportunities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and CRM/ERP tools.
