Role Description The Product Sales Associate (SAAS) is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, and explaining SAAS solutions in clear, customer-focused language. The associate will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through negotiation and closing, while maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.

Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries, preparing proposals, collaborating with product and marketing teams, and following up with existing customers to drive renewals and upsell opportunities. The role also involves meeting defined sales targets, participating in team meetings,



and providing feedback on market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals for technology or SAAS products.
- Candidates should possess customer relationship and communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess product and technical understanding skills, such as the ability to learn SAAS platforms quickly and explain features, benefits, and use cases in a non-technical way.
- Candidates should possess organizational and analytical skills, including time management, pipeline management, and basic data analysis to track performance and optimize sales activities.
- Relevant qualifications include prior experience in inside sales or business development, familiarity with CRM tools, and comfort working with IT or software solutions.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred, along with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative environment in Jaipur.
