Role OverviewResil Chemicals is looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Professional to support the timely and cost-effective purchase of materials, equipment and services. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and suppliers, evaluating quotations, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring purchases meet the company’s quality, delivery and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand purchase requirements from internal departments and convert them into transparent purchase requests.
- Identify, evaluate and develop suppliers based on quality, price, delivery, service and reliability.
- Request and compare quotations, negotiate pricing and payment terms, and prepare purchase recommendations.
- Create and process purchase orders in line with company policies and approval procedures.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve delays, shortages or order discrepancies.
- Coordinate with stores, quality, finance, production and user departments on specifications, inspections, goods receipt and payments.
- Maintain accurate records of quotations, purchase orders, supplier documents and procurement transactions.
- Monitor market trends, prices and supply risks,



and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Support supplier assessments, audits and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement procedures, contractual terms and applicable requirements.
- Resolve invoice, delivery and quality issues in coordination with suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, Commerce or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain operations.
- Experience in a manufacturing or chemical industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems and Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
