Role Description The Procurement Intern will support the procurement team in managing day-to-day purchasing activities in a full time, remote role.

Responsibilities include assisting with the creation and tracking of purchase orders, helping evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability, and supporting basic contract review and negotiation processes under guidance. The intern will collect and analyze procurement-related data to support decision-making and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.



This role offers exposure to global procurement practices within a tech-driven environment and requires proactive communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Procurement and Purchase Orders to support purchasing operations and documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Supplier Evaluation to assess vendor performance and suitability.
- Candidates should possess skills in Contract Negotiation to assist in reviewing terms and supporting negotiation activities.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support informed procurement decisions.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams.
- Coursework or academic background in supply chain management, business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic procurement or ERP tools is an advantage.
