Role Description The Procurement Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including sourcing interior products, negotiating with suppliers, and processing purchase orders in alignment with project requirements.

The Procurement

Executive will coordinate with internal teams such as design and project management to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and cost-effective procurement. Daily tasks include tracking inventory levels, maintaining supplier relationships, updating procurement records,



and preparing reports to support data-driven decisions. The role also involves monitoring market trends, evaluating recent vendors, and contributing to continuous improvement of procurement processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Purchasing Processes and Purchase Management to handle end-to-end procurement operations efficiently.
- Candidates should possess solid experience in managing Purchase Orders, including creation, tracking, and reconciliation with project and finance teams.
- Candidates should possess good Analytical Skills to interpret data, compare supplier quotes, optimize costs, and support strategic sourcing decisions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing, ideally within interiors, furniture, or construction-related industries.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office and basic procurement/ERP tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Graduate degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications in procurement or supply chain are an advantage.
