We are looking for an experienced Process Designer to join an enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Transformation Programme focused on Procurement & Legal.
- Design and optimise end-to-end buy-side CLM processes
- Lead current-state (AS-IS) and future-state (TO-BE) process assessments
- Develop detailed process maps, swimlanes, business rules and process standards
- Align processes with CLM platforms such as Sirion, Icertis or Ariba Contracts
- Work closely with Procurement, Legal, Finance, Digital and Architecture teams
- Facilitate process-design workshops with senior stakeholders
- Define governance, controls, KPIs and process standards
- Support SOP development, training,
adoption and continuous improvement
? Must-Have Experience
✅ 6–10 years in Process Design / Process Transformation / Operating Model Design
✅ Solid experience in Procurement, Contract Management, Finance or Legal processes
✅ Hands-on experience with CLM or procurement platforms
✅ Strong understanding of buy-side procurement and contract lifecycle processes
✅ Expert-level process mapping and design skills
✅ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
⭐ Good to Have
- Lean / Six Sigma / BPMN / Agile certifications
- Enterprise CLM rollout experience
- Large-scale procurement transformation experience
- Experience with governance, controls and audit frameworks
