Anatrop Capital Advisors LLP is a Mumbai-based boutique financial advisory firm focused on capital raising, IPO/pre-IPO advisory, private market valuations, financial modelling and investor documentation for growth-stage and mid-market businesses.

ROLE: PRIVATE MARKET VALUATION INTERN The intern will work on live valuation and financial advisory assignments, including:

- Private company and startup valuations
- DCF and comparable company analysis
- Financial modelling and scenario analysis
- Financial statement analysis
- Industry and company research
- Precedent transaction analysis
- Preparation of valuation reports and investor materials
- Supporting live transaction and advisory assignments

REQUIREMENTS

- Strong interest in valuation, private markets,



investment banking and equity research
- Good understanding of financial statements and valuation concepts
- Solid Excel and analytical skills
- Prior experience in valuation, financial modelling or equity research is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Students and recent graduates may apply

INTERNSHIP DETAILS

Duration: 2 Months

Stipend: ₹10,000 per month

Location: Mumbai (On-site)

Joining: Immediate Joiner preferred

Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a short assignment as part of the selection process.
