Job Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise overall school operations and administration.
- Lead and guide teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Ensure academic excellence and discipline across the school.
- Monitor curriculum implementation, student performance, and teacher effectiveness.
- Maintain communication with parents and address student-related concerns.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and educational standards.
Requirements
- Relevant experience as a Principal/School Head.
- Solid leadership, communication, and administrative skills.
- Good knowledge of academic planning and school management.
