Key Responsibilities:✅ Handle customer inquiries via email and WhatsApp promptly

✅ Obtain comparative rates from approved forwarders/agents

✅ Coordinate with Sales for pricing and margin finalization

✅ Prepare and follow up on quotations through the e-Freight system

✅ Manage shipment execution and customer milestone updates

✅ Coordinate customs clearance requirements for DDU/DDP shipments

✅ Handle billing, documentation, and job closure in e-Freight

✅ Maintain vendor/agent database and reporting

Requirements:✔ Experience in freight forwarding/logistics operations or pricing

✔ Valuable communication and coordination skills

✔ Knowledge of Air/Ocean freight, quotations, and shipment handling

✔ Familiarity with e-Freight systems is an added advantage
