Role Description The Preschool Teacher role at Chulbul Preschool is a full-time, on-site position based in Palam, New Delhi. The teacher will plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with the school’s experiential learning curriculum, fostering holistic development for children in the preschool and kindergarten age groups. Daily responsibilities include creating engaging classroom activities, maintaining a safe and nurturing learning environment, observing and documenting student progress, and communicating regularly with families about their child’s development.





The teacher will collaborate with colleagues on curriculum implementation, participate in training sessions, and support school events and activities that enrich the student experience.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Early Childhood Education and experience working with preschool and kindergarten age groups.
- Ability to design and implement effective Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development that supports experiential and activity-based learning.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues in a clear, respectful, and collaborative manner.
- Experience in or openness to using child-centered, play-based teaching methods and holistic development approaches.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to create an inclusive classroom that respects diverse backgrounds and learning needs.
- Organizational skills to manage classroom resources, student records, and daily routines effectively.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing career development and training offered by the preschool.
