About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Power Platform Developer who can design, develop, and support business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, and related Microsoft technologies.
Candidates with prior experience in the USA Real Estate industry will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Microsoft Power Apps.
- Design and implement workflows using Power Automate.
- Create and maintain Dataverse tables, relationships, and security models.
- Develop Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and third-party systems.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing Power Platform applications.
- Participate in requirement discussions and solution design sessions.
- Create technical documentation and deployment plans.
- Collaborate with US stakeholders during EST working hours.
Required SkillsMust Have
- 4+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong expertise in:
- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
- Power Automate
- Dataverse
- Power BI
- Experience with SharePoint Online.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Understanding of REST APIs and connectors.
- Basic knowledge of Azure services.
- Robust problem-solving and communication skills.
Good to Have
- Power Platform Developer Certification.
- Experience with AI Builder.
- Experience with Power Pages.
- USA Real Estate domain knowledge.
- Exposure to Azure Functions and Logic Apps.

- Self-driven and capable of working independently.
- Strong communication skills for client interaction.
- Comfortable working in EST shift.
