Role Description The Portfolio Manager will oversee and optimize real estate investment portfolios, ensuring alignment with client objectives, risk profiles, and market conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing property performance, monitoring market trends, evaluating new investment opportunities, and recommending buy, hold, or exit strategies. The role involves preparing reports and presentations, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and maintaining accurate portfolio documentation.

The Portfolio

Manager will also contribute to strategic planning, assist in transaction execution,



and support client communication and relationship management. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to interpret data, assess risk, and evaluate portfolio performance.
- Candidates should possess finance and investments skills to understand capital markets, property valuation, and return metrics.
- Candidates should possess portfolio management skills to construct, monitor, and rebalance real estate portfolios in line with client goals.
- Candidates should possess trading and transaction execution skills to support buying, selling, and restructuring of assets.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, or a related field are preferred.
- Experience in real estate investment, asset management, or financial services, along with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling, is beneficial.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment, are important.
