About the Role

Meevaa Foods by Zappfresh makes Ready to Eat/Cook frozen snacks and is hiring a Plant Head to lead its Panchkula manufacturing facility.

The Plant Head will be the chief operating leader of the plant. They will be accountable end to end for manufacturing excellence, profitability, product quality, innovation, customer service, people capability and business growth.

The role will lead Meevaa's transformation into a scalable national food brand by building world-class manufacturing systems, culinary excellence, operational agility and a high-performance culture.

As a member of the Leadership Team, you will contribute to strategic planning, business expansion, operational transformation and long-term capability building.

- Production & Dispatch:



plan adherence and on-time, complete order fulfilment
- Yield & Wastage: process efficiency and loss control
- Cost Performance: conversion cost against the plant budget
- Food Safety & Compliance: audit outcomes, statutory compliance and safety record
- Product Consistency: batch-to-batch quality and customer complaints
- New Product Delivery: timely, commercially ready launches

What We're Looking For

- Experience: 15+ years in frozen, RTE/RTC or large-scale food manufacturing, including 5+ years leading a plant or central production unit, with hands-on culinary credibility
- Qualification: hotel management degree, or B.Tech / B.Sc Food Technology. A management qualification is an advantage.
- Key Skills: scaling Indian and Asian snack recipes to industrial production, cost control, Lean / 5S / Kaizen, and leading large teams
