Position: Planhat Implementation Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Planhat Implementation Consultant who can lead and support the implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization of Planhat, a Customer Success Management (CSM) platform.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end Planhat implementation projects, including understanding business requirements, configuring the platform, integrating Planhat with other enterprise applications, and optimizing the solution to meet Customer Success objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support end-to-end Planhat implementation projects.

Gather and analyze business and Customer Success requirements.

Configure Planhat based on business processes and Customer Success requirements.

Design and implement Planhat workflows, dashboards, reports, and processes.

Configure customer lifecycle, health scores, customer data, success plans, and related CSM processes.

Support integration of Planhat with CRM and other enterprise applications.

Perform data mapping, migration, validation, and transformation activities.

Work closely with business stakeholders, Customer Success teams, technical teams, and project managers.

Troubleshoot configuration, integration, and data-related issues.

Optimize existing Planhat implementations to improve adoption, automation, and operational efficiency.

Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and production deployment.

Prepare configuration documents, solution documentation, and user guides.

Provide knowledge transfer and training to business users and Customer Success teams.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within Planhat.

Ensure implementations follow defined quality,



security, and governance standards.

Required Skills

Robust hands-on experience with Planhat.

Experience in Planhat implementation and configuration.

Strong understanding of Customer Success Management (CSM) processes.

Experience working on end-to-end Planhat implementation projects.

Experience with Planhat workflows, dashboards, reporting, customer data, and automation.

Knowledge of CRM and enterprise application integrations.

Strong understanding of data mapping, migration, and validation.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical/configuration solutions.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good to Have

Experience integrating Planhat with platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, or other CRM/CSM tools.

Experience with APIs and integration technologies.

Experience in Customer Success transformation or process optimization.

Experience working with global stakeholders and distributed teams.

Relevant Planhat certifications or training will be an advantage.

Candidate Profile The preferred candidate should be someone who has:

5–16 years of overall experience, with relevant Planhat experience.

Strong hands-on Planhat implementation experience.

Experience independently handling or leading Planhat implementation/configuration activities.

Strong understanding of Customer Success business processes.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
