We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Placement Professional to join our EdTech team and drive strong employer relationships and IT placement opportunities.

Position Details

- Placement Officer/Manager: 3+ years of relevant experience
- Industry: EdTech / Training Institute
- Location: Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad, Telangana
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Preferred: Male candidates

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with IT companies, HRs, recruiters, and corporate partners.
- Generate new IT placement opportunities and employer partnerships.
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate suitable candidates.
- Manage interviews, recruitment drives, offers, and joining follow-ups.
- Maintain and expand the company/HR contact database.
- Conduct employer meets, company visits, and recruitment drives.
- Provide students with career guidance, resume support, and interview preparation.




- Track placement activities, selections, offers, and joining status.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in Placement / Recruitment / Career Services.
- EdTech / Training Institute experience with IT placements is highly preferred.
- Solid network of IT companies, HR professionals, and recruiters.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Good understanding of IT hiring requirements and recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, LinkedIn, job portals, or CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel locally for company visits and recruitment activities.
