WE ARE HIRING – PLANT HEAD

PicknPack Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Plant Head to manage our Paper Bags & Courier Bags Manufacturing Operations.

Experience: 5–10+ years in Manufacturing / Packaging Industry

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete plant operations for Paper Bags & Courier Bags manufacturing
- Plan and achieve daily, weekly and monthly production targets
- Manage production planning, machine utilization and shift operations
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes for higher productivity
- Reduce raw material wastage and production rejection
- Monitor Input KG vs Output KG vs Wastage KG machine-wise and product-wise
- Identify the root cause of wastage and implement corrective actions
- Optimize cutting, printing, sealing, gluing and other production processes
- Control paper, polymer, adhesive, liner, ink and other material consumption
- Reduce machine breakdown and production downtime
- Manage operators, helpers, supervisors and production manpower
- Coordinate with QC, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, Planning and Dispatch teams
- Ensure consistent product quality and minimize customer complaints
- Implement SOPs and production standards across the plant
- Maintain daily production, wastage,



rejection and downtime MIS
- Improve productivity and reduce cost per piece / cost per KG
- Maintain plant discipline, safety and housekeeping standards

What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate should be a hands-on manufacturing leader who can independently manage plant operations and take ownership of production performance.

Experience in any of the following industries will be preferred:

Paper Bag Manufacturing

Courier Bag / Poly Bag Manufacturing

Flexible Packaging

Plastic Packaging

Printing & Packaging

E-commerce Packaging

Solid knowledge of production process, manpower management, machine operations, quality control and wastage reduction will be highly preferred.
