Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Phonics & Public Speaking Professional Expert working with both grownup students and younger kids. The professional will plan and deliver online lessons in phonics, pronunciation, articulation, and spoken communication tailored to different age groups and proficiency levels. Daily responsibilities include designing interactive learning materials, conducting live online sessions, assessing learners’ progress, and adjusting teaching methods to individual needs.

The role also involves guiding learners in confidence-building, stage presence, and effective expression,



while maintaining clear communication with caregivers or adult learners about goals and outcomes. The expert is expected to uphold high standards of learner engagement and professionalism in an online environment.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in phonics instruction, pronunciation training, and language development for children and adults.
- Demonstrated skills in public speaking, voice modulation, stage presence, and presentation techniques.
- Experience designing structured lesson plans, curricula, and interactive learning activities for diverse age groups.
- Proficiency with online teaching tools, video conferencing platforms, and digital classroom management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with clear, neutral, and learner-friendly English.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners remotely, with patience, empathy, and cultural sensitivity.
- Prior experience as a language trainer, speech coach, or communication skills instructor is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Communication, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Availability to work full time with flexible hours to accommodate different learner schedules.
