Pharmacy Operations Intern | Kolkata

We are building an early-stage healthtech venture and are looking for 1–2 Pharmacy Operations Interns to join our founding team as we prepare for an upcoming market launch.

This is a highly hands-on, on-ground role for someone who wants exposure to pharmacy operations, technology, field execution, and startup building.

? Location: Kolkata – on-ground role

⏳ Duration: 6 months, full-time, with potential extension

? Stipend: ₹18,000–20,000 per month + performance-linked incentives + fuel reimbursement

? Eligibility:

B.Pharm – 3rd/4th year or recent graduate

D.Pharm – 2nd year or recent graduate

? Joining: Immediate

What you will work on

You will work closely with the founding team across:

On-ground partner engagement and onboarding

Training and supporting users of our technology platform

Coordinating operational issues and feedback

Maintaining trackers, reports and weekly operating metrics

Working with the technology team to improve the user experience

Supporting the execution of an early-stage healthtech launch

Who we are looking for

Someone who

Understands the basics of retail pharmacy operations

Is confident speaking with pharmacy owners and staff

Is fluent in Bengali and Hindi

Is organized,



proactive and comfortable working independently

Can maintain trackers and follow through on operational issues

Is comfortable with a field-based role

Owning a two-wheeler would be an advantage. Fuel expenses for field travel will be reimbursed.

Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets, digital health initiatives or previous field experience is useful but not mandatory.
