We’re looking for a Performance & Lifecycle Marketing Associate who can combine paid acquisition with data-driven customer lifecycle strategies.
What you’ll work on
? Performance Marketing
- Manage & optimize campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Track CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates & lead quality
- Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences and campaigns
- Analyse campaign performance and improve attribution & conversion tracking
? Lifecycle Marketing
- Build automated customer journeys using WebEngage
- Create communication campaigns across multiple channels
- Identify funnel drop-offs and improve user movement across stages
- Build behavioural/user segments for targeted communication
- Collaborate with Product & Tech teams on events and user tracking
What we’re looking for
- 1–3 years in Performance/Growth/CRM/Lifecycle/Retention Marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
- Experience with WebEngage, CleverTap, MoEngage or similar tools is strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of marketing funnels, pixels, events & conversion metrics
- Comfortable working with campaign and user-level data
