Zavo is looking for a Performance Marketing Associate who understands paid acquisition beyond just generating leads — someone who can analyse performance, improve lead quality, and drive efficient customer acquisition.
What you’ll be doing
- Plan, launch & optimize campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Track and improve CPL, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS & Conversion Rate
- Analyse performance across audiences, creatives, locations & devices
- Focus on lead quality and downstream conversions, not just lead volume
- Run regular A/B tests to improve campaign performance
- Work closely with the creative team on high-performing ad creatives
- Track the complete journey from Ad Click → Lead → Application → Conversion
- Manage GA4, Meta Pixel, events, attribution & conversion tracking
- Identify new audiences, channels and growth opportunities
What we’re looking for
✓ 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance/Growth Marketing
✓ Strong command of Meta Ads Manager
✓ Working knowledge of Google Ads
✓ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✓ Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets
✓ Someone who can take ownership of campaigns and performance targets
