About the RoleWe are looking for a Payroll & HR Operations Executive who can independently manage payroll, attendance, employee documentation, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling confidential employee data.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage monthly payroll processing accurately and on time.
- Maintain and manage employee attendance, login/exit timings, leaves, and late coming records.
- Track new joiners, exits, absconding, and employee movement.
- Prepare and release offer letters, appointment letters, employment contracts, and other HR documents.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Handle legal contracts, agreements, and employee documentation.
- Ensure all required employee documents are collected, verified, and properly maintained.
- Coordinate with employees and managers regarding attendance, payroll, leaves, and HR-related queries.
- Maintain payroll-related reports and provide accurate data to management.




- Coordinate with finance/accounting teams for salary processing and payroll-related requirements.
- Ensure HR processes and documentation are aligned with company policies and applicable labour laws.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee salary and personal information.
- Support management with HR reports, employee data, and other HR operations as required.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Payroll / HR Operations.
- Good understanding of payroll, attendance, leave management, and employee documentation.
- Experience in preparing offer letters, contracts, and HR documents.
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple HR activities and employee data simultaneously.
- Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance will be an added advantage.
