Job Summary

We are looking for a Paid Search Specialist with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns to drive quality leads and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage audience targeting, budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign performance.
- Improve lead generation, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Conduct keyword, competitor, and audience research.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Ads Conversion Tracking, and Meta Pixel.
- Perform A/B testing and optimize ad creatives and landing page performance.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to improve campaign results.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of PPC, campaign optimization, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
- Experience with lead generation and performance marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Business Suite, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
