- Packing OperationsPlan and supervise daily packing activities as per dispatch scheduleEnsure correct packaging standards, labeling, photography and documentationOptimize packaging materials to minimize cost and damageMonitor packing productivity and reduce wastageHandling dispatch planning for high-volume & heavy components
- Dispatch &
- Logistics CoordinationCoordinate with transporters for timely vehicle placementPrepare dispatch documents as per organization guidelinesEnsure timely dispatch as per customer delivery schedulesTrack shipments and update stakeholders on delivery status
- Inventory &
- Warehouse ManagementEnsure Layout planning, proper storage and space utilizationMaintain stock accuracy of finished goods and packing materialsImplement FIFO practicesImplement Barcode / RFID scanning systemsConduct periodic stock audits and reconciliation

- ComplianceEnsure compliance with packaging standards and customer specificationsFollow safety norms while handling and movement of goodsAdhere to ISO / EHS / Statutory RequirementsMonitor and control damage/return rates & conditions
