Role Description The Owner Relations Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing relationships with property owners, serving as a primary point of contact for inquiries, updates, and issue resolution. The associate will coordinate onboarding of new owners, support contract and agreement processes, and ensure accurate communication around pricing, performance, and operational policies.

Daily tasks include tracking owner feedback, collaborating with internal teams such as finance, legal, and product to address owner needs,



and contributing to process improvements that enhance owner satisfaction and retention. The role also involves preparing reports, maintaining up-to-date owner records, and supporting projects that improve JadeCaps’ service quality and scalability.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Law to support contract review, compliance, and owner agreement processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Finance to understand revenue models, owner payouts, and basic financial reporting.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management to coordinate cross-functional initiatives, track timelines, and manage owner-related projects effectively.
- Candidates should possess skills in Research to analyze market trends, owner feedback, and competitive offerings to inform decision-making.
- Candidates should possess skills in Product Development to collaborate with product teams on owner-centric features and improvements to dashboards and tools.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with diverse owners.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and comfort working with data and reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Law, Finance, or a related field; experience in real estate, hospitality, or property management is an advantage.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
