What You'll Do
- Administer and optimize PACS, RIS, VNA, and enterprise imaging systems, from image routing and archiving to worklists, access, and upgrades.




- Support imaging integrations with Epic Radiant and/or Epic Cupid, and resolve interface, scheduling, and image reconciliation issues.
- Monitor system health and performance, and handle advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Automate routine operations and build dashboards and monitoring using tools such as Python, SQL, and PowerShell.
- Maintain hanging protocols, workflow rules, and data reconciliation processes, including patient merges.
- Develop and run downtime, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures.
- Support cloud and hybrid imaging platforms such as AWS, Azure, Merge Cloud VNA/PACS, Sectra, and Visage.

What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of hands-on PACS and RIS administration in hospitals, healthcare systems, or diagnostic imaging centers.
- Robust expertise in DICOM, HL7 v2, and healthcare interoperability.
- Proven experience integrating PACS/RIS with Epic Radiant and/or Epic Cupid.
- Hands-on support for CT, MRI, X-Ray, and Ultrasound modalities.
- Scripting and automation skills in Python, SQL, or PowerShell.
- Experience with cloud-based or hybrid enterprise imaging platforms, and a strong grasp of downtime and disaster recovery procedures.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead enterprise imaging initiatives.
