Position Overview:

We are looking for an Outreach Specialist with strong hands-on experience in influencer sourcing, outreach, database building, and creator relationship management.

The primary focus of this role will be finding, approaching, negotiating with, and onboarding influencers for brand campaigns. Basic campaign execution and coordination experience is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Influencer Outreach & Sourcing

- Identify and source mega, macro, and mid-macro influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Get in touch with talent houses to onboard creators as per campaign brief requirements.
- Understand and strategize with the team to clearly understand the campaign brief and source relevant creators accordingly.
- Conduct regular outreach through Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and calls.
- Build and maintain a strong and updated influencer/creator database.
- Shortlist creators based on campaign requirements, audience relevance, engagement, content quality, and brand fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and talent managers.
- Negotiate commercials and deliverables within campaign budgets.
- Meet monthly outreach, sourcing, and onboarding targets.

B. Campaign Coordination





- Support influencer onboarding and campaign execution.
- Coordinate with creators for briefs, deliverables, timelines, content submissions, and approvals.
- Follow up with influencers to ensure timely completion of campaign deliverables.
- Maintain campaign and creator data using Google Sheets/Excel.

Qualifications & Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, influencer outreach, creator management, or talent management.
- Strong hands-on influencer outreach experience is mandatory.
- A strong influencer/creator network or database will be highly preferred.
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and the creator ecosystem.
- Strong communication, follow-up, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with high-volume creator outreach.
- Good working knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel.
- Basic understanding of influencer campaign execution.
- Candidates from influencer marketing agencies, talent management agencies, or creator-focused companies will be preferred.

Someone who can find the right creators, reach out to them, build relationships, negotiate, onboard them, and maintain a strong creator network, while also supporting basic campaign execution.

This is an outreach-first role, with influencer sourcing and relationship building as the primary responsibility.
