? Key Responsibilities

- Lead functional activities for Oracle Cloud HCM – Talent Management and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
- Gather, analyze and document business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM solutions.
- Configure and support Oracle Talent Management, including:
- Goal Management
- Performance Management
- Talent Profiles
- Talent Review
- Career Development
- Succession Planning
- Skills and Competencies
- Check-Ins
- Configure and support Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), including:
- Requisitions
- Job Templates
- Candidate Experience
- Career Sites
- Candidate Profiles
- Job Offers
- Recruiting Campaigns
- Recruiting Workflows
- Interview Management
- Approval Processes
- Configure recruiting and talent workflows based on business requirements.
- Support integrations between ORC, Core HR and other Oracle HCM modules.
- Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks and test scenarios.
- Perform configuration, unit testing, SIT and UAT.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide root-cause analysis.
- Support data migration and validation activities.




- Work closely with technical teams for integrations, reports and extensions.
- Participate in client workshops and provide functional recommendations.
- Support Go-Live and post-production stabilization.

? Required Skills

✅ 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Functional

✅ Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Talent Management

✅ Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)

✅ At least one end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation

✅ Strong knowledge of ORC recruiting lifecycle and configurations

✅ Experience with Talent Management processes and configuration

✅ Good understanding of Core HR integration with Talent and Recruiting

✅ Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing and production support

✅ Strong stakeholder and client-management skills

⭐ Good to Have

- Oracle HCM Cloud certification
- Experience with Core HR
- Knowledge of Absence, Compensation or Learning
- Exposure to Oracle Redwood HCM
- Knowledge of HDL/HSDL
- Exposure to Fast Formula
- Knowledge of OTBI/BIP reporting
- Experience with Oracle HCM integrations and REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience with global/multi-country implementations

? Ideal Candidate

We are looking for candidates with strong hands-on experience in both Oracle Talent Management and ORC, preferably with end-to-end implementation experience and the ability to independently manage requirements, configuration, testing and production support.
