Role Description The Opt Recruiter role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad, Kondapur.



The Opt Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for OPT and related early-career talent, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, with hiring managers. Also good to have OPT payroll EXP/Payroll Support for Students, Sourcing students for Technology trainings.

- Qualifications
- Experience working with OPT, CPT, or other early-career hiring programs and familiarity with related compliance considerations.
- Sourcing W2profiles for the Bench, and Technology trainings.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals, professional networking platforms, and basic MS Office tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
