We at Fusion Practices are hiring for Oracle Fusion Financials Consultants between 2 to 10 years of experience across AP, AR, GL and CM. The ideal candidate should have the ability to provide effective functional / techno-functional support across enterprise business processes.

The role involves working closely with onsite functional and technical teams to understand business requirements, translate them into Oracle Cloud solutions and deliver effective solutions and services.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Participate in Oracle Fusion Financials implementation and support engagements across modules including GL, AP, AR, CM, P2P and Expenses.
- Understand business requirements and map them to standard Oracle Cloud functionality.
- Support General Ledger processes, including journals, reconciliations and related activities.
- Work with GL interfaces and financial reporting requirements.
- Support requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing/UAT and deployment activities.
- Contribute to cutover planning,



go-live readiness and hypercare activities.
- Work closely with onsite functional and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Support functional issue analysis, resolution and process improvements.
- Participate in client discussions and collaborate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills & Qualifications

- 2–10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials / Oracle Cloud Financials.
- Good functional understanding of GL, AP, AR and P2P is essential.
- Hands-on experience with GL interfaces and Financials reporting.
- Exposure to end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation and/or support projects.
- Experience with OTBI and BI Publisher is an added advantage.
- Robust knowledge of financial business processes.
- Oracle Fusion Financials certification is preferred.
