Shift - Rotational Shift (5 Days working with 2-week offs)
Education - Mandatory

Should have understanding of the below mentioned order:
Order → Credit Check → Order Release → Billing → Invoice → Collections → Cash Application → Reconciliation → Dispute Resolution → Reporting
Responsibilities (Specifically, look for experience in):
- Customer order management
- Order validation and order release
- Credit limits and credit holds
- Customer master data
- Billing and invoicing
- Accounts receivable ageing
- Collections and recovery
- Cash application
- Unapplied/unidentified cash
- Customer account reconciliation
- Credit notes/debit notes
- Deductions and short payments
- Dispute management
- Bad debt/provisioning
- Month-end AR closing
- Revenue/billing reconciliation
- Customer statement management
- Audit support and internal controls
