Role Description The Operations Officer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Mumbai, with a blend of on-site responsibilities and some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day logistics operations, including coordinating shipments, monitoring freight movements, and ensuring timely delivery across air, sea, and land transport channels.

Officer will manage documentation for customs clearance and compliance, track key performance indicators, and help resolve operational issues to maintain service quality. The role involves working closely with internal teams, vendors, and customers to optimize processes, align operations with client requirements, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Officer will also assist with cost monitoring, basic financial validations related to operations, and reporting to management.

- Knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, and customs processes is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management systems is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or a related field is desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
