Role Description The Operational Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The role involves coordinating day-to-day logistics operations, including shipment planning, documentation, and tracking across sea, Air and land services.

The Operational

Specialist will liaise with internal teams, external partners, and customers to ensure timely delivery, resolve operational issues, and maintain service quality.

Responsibilities include monitoring workflow, optimizing processes, supporting cost-efficient solutions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.



The role also includes preparing operational reports, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and assisting with customer queries and service requests.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor performance, and support process improvements.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with customers, carriers, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support service upselling, client retention, and customer relationship management where required.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to handle daily logistics activities, workflow coordination, and process optimization.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to manage operational initiatives, timelines, and cross-functional coordination.
- Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with logistics or ERP systems is an advantage.
